An introduction to crisis management and crisis communications for municipal leaders, department heads, and those looking to move up the career ladder. You can’t prevent most crises from happening. What you can control is how you respond, how quickly you respond, and how effectively you communicate during a crisis. This course will provide an overview of how to be prepared prior to a crisis, communicating during a crisis, and how to handle the aftermath of a crisis situation.
