From the homepage, click on Login in the upper right corner. From there you will click Register Now. Once you enter in all your credentials you will be redirected to the homepage where you can view all On-Demand and Live Courses.

Yes, you can if you have all their business email addresses. Otherwise, you can send invites from the Group Leader dashboard to have them all register for the site under your group membership.

From the main menu select Course Catalog -> Live Courses. This will display a list of all the upcoming courses. Once you see a course you’d like to take, click the title of the course. You are now on the live course page. Please click on Buy Tickets and Reserve your spot for either In-Person or Zoom and click Reserve My Seat. You will be directed to the checkout page where you can process your request.

Once you purchase your ticket, you will receive an email confirmation. If you are attending via Zoom, you will receive the zoom details in your email confirmation and on the day of the event, when you log back into the website and navigate to that live course page, you will see the zoom login credentials. 

From the main menu select Course Catalog -> On-Demand Courses.

If you are not logged into the site, you will be able to browse the various on-demand courses and have the option to purchase each individually for $25.00.

If you have an Individual or group membership, then all On-Demand learning sessions are included in your membership. Simply click on the on-demand course you’d like to take and click Access Course.

Yes. If you have purchased an Individual or Group membership, then all on-demand courses are included in your membership and you can enroll in any or all of the courses.

The live courses are $199 and $299 respectfully and are offered at a discounted rate for those who have an Individual or Group membership. You can sign up for as many live courses as you would like.

Yes, once your group membership has been purchased, you will need to either add your members manually or you can send them an invite from the Group Leader dashboard via email.

Once you have purchased a ticket to attend a live session via zoom, you will receive an email confirmation. 

That email will contain the Zoom Video link and call details.

On the day of the event, you can also log back into the website and navigate to the event page where the zoom details will be displayed.

For On-Demand courses, once you complete the lesson, you will be directed to take the quiz.

For Live Courses, once you attend the course in-person or via zoom, you will then visit the event page and click Take the Quiz Now

Once you complete the quiz, you will receive a certificate of completion.

Your certificates are available on the My Account Page under My Certificates.

Purchases and Refunds

JGPR Academy proudly accepts credit cards and debit cards through Stripe.
We also offer the option to pay with a purchase order.

Payments through purchase orders are due 30 days from the date of purchase.

Please note, those paying through a purchase order shall not be able to access any course materials until payment has been received, unless your organization has previously paid JGPR Academy via purchase order or is an existing client in good standing of John Guilfoil Public Relations LLC.

As physical seats for In-Person classes are limited, if someone is unable to attend an In-Person class they must give 72-hour notice in order to receive a Zoom link or credit for a future In-Person class.

To manage your membership, click here. All Memberships will auto-renew upon one-year of the purchase date.

Members will receive an email notification of their auto-renewal 7 days prior to their renewal date.
Membership renewal can be canceled at any time.
