Overview
In emergencies and every day, what you say and how you say it shapes public trust, safety, and your agency’s reputation. This 90-minute session gives law enforcement and other emergency services leaders practical tools and insights that enable them to craft and deliver confident, strategic messages – even under pressure. Based on tactics that worked in recent major emergencies, this training focuses on identifying and understanding key audiences, building trust, choosing the right words, and using the most effective communication channels.
