Frequently Asked Questions: How To Use JGPR Academy for Public Sector Training

How do I register for a user profile?

You will be registered for a user profile when you purchase a Live Course, or a Group or Individual membership.

How do I sign up for an Individual membership?

Click on memberships tab, choose individual membership and fill out required information fields.

Can I sign up everyone in my department/organization for a Group Membership?

Yes, you can send each member of your department/organization an invitation via email through your Group dashboard.

How do I sign up for and take a Live Course?

Visit our Live Courses page and click “Read More.” Near the bottom of this page, you’ll see a gold and gray box with Details, Price and Quantity options.

If you don’t have a login or Membership, you’ll choose how you’d like to attend the event and click “Add to Event Cart.”

If you do have a login or Membership, it’s imperative that you sign in to receive your 30% Member discount. Choose how you’d like to attend the event and click on the Members ticket to receive your discount. Click “Add to Event Cart.”

From here, follow the prompts on the screen. If you’re ready to checkout, please click “Proceed to Registration” so that you may register yourself, or other colleagues. Please enter the attendee(s) information. Billing information is required.

From here, scroll down and you’ll need to consent to JGPR Academy storing and using your personal information to move on. You’ll click on the gold button, “Proceed to Payment Options.”

Please choose Purchase Order or Pay via Credit Card.

How do I take an On-Demand Course? (for members only)

You must have a membership to take our On-Demand courses. Sign up for a membership to access the On-Demand course library for free.

How do I enroll in On-Demand courses after I’ve signed up for a membership?

Once you’re enrolled in an Individual or group membership, you can visit the individual On-Demand Course page and choose any course and click sign up now to enroll in the course. All On-Demand Courses are free to take with any membership.

How do I participate in a Zoom class? What if I don’t have a Zoom account?

Once you have purchased a ticket to attend a Live Course via Zoom, you will receive an email confirmation. That email will contain the Zoom course link.

Where do I take the course quiz?

You can visit your Dashboard and click within the course. Or, you can click the “My Live Courses,” and click into the title of the course then click “Access Quiz”. 

Where do I find my certificates?

Your certificate will be available after you pass the course quiz. When logged into your Dashboard, you’ll be able to:

  • Click on “My Certificates” on the left hand side.
  • Click on your Certificate that’s associated with your name and the date you took the course quiz.
  • The certificate will open in the browser window. From here, you can decide to print it, save it as a PDF, or if the far, right-most button says “Enable Sharing,” you can click on that and it will allow you to share the URL (which you’ll need to copy and paste from the address bar) via email or anywhere on the World Wide Web.

What payment methods does JGPR Academy accept?

JGPR Academy proudly accepts credit cards and debit cards through Stripe. We also offer the option to pay with a check.

If I’m paying via check, when is the money due?

Payments through purchase orders are due 30 days from the date of purchase.

If paying by check, please note that payment is due within thirty (30) days and access to future Live Courses may be restricted if payment is outstanding from a previous class.

Pay by Check/Invoices are subject to a $60, per ticket, late fee after six-months of non-payment.

How do I obtain a W9 for JGPR Academy?

Who do I contact for issues with my bill?

If you’re having an issue with your bill, please contact info@jgpracademy.com or call (617) 993-0003, Ext. 5 and ask to speak with Ben.

How can I print a receipt or invoice?

How much do courses cost?

  • Live Courses start at $199 per course.

On-Demand Courses are free if you’ve purchased a JGPR Academy Membership. Members receive 30% off all Live Courses.

What is your refund policy?

All sales and registrations are final.

As physical seats for In-Person classes are limited, if someone is unable to attend an In-Person class they must give 72-hour notice in order to receive a Zoom link or credit for a future In-Person class.

How do I renew my Membership?

Your membership will automatically renew annually. If you need to cancel or change your membership, please email info@jgpracademy.com with details.

As a Group Membership Leader, how do I sign up members of my department or organization?

  • Visit jgpracademy.com and login to your account
  • From the Account Dashboard and click “My Groups.” 
  • Then click your department’s logo icon. 
  • Click “Manage” next to the Members tab on the right-hand side
  • You can invite group members in one of two ways:
  1. Enter a person’s email address and hit Enter, then click “Send Invitation”
  2. Click “Enable link,” copy the provided link, and send it to the people you want to join the group.
