Sarah Lux earned a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Central Florida and a master’s degree in Public Relations from Full Sail University. Sarah has practiced Public Relations for 10 years, specifically focusing on community education, government affairs, and crisis communications.

Overview

The course is a learning and preparedness exercise for leadership and general staff who media may approach as part of their regular duties. Natural and man-made crises are unfortunate for all offices, departments, and sectors – training beforehand can help agencies better communicate to stakeholders before, during, and after an emergency.
